Mick has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He started his career working for a Materials Testing Lab, where he was promoted to Manager on the Boston Central/Artery Tunnel Project (Big Dig). Since 1998, he has been a Quality Control Manager in the ready-mix concrete industry, as well as for aggregate quarries. In 2010, he began working for Sterling Concrete as the Quality Control Manager and has worn many hats in this role, including but not limited to, dispatching, batching, and operating a loader or driving a mixer when necessary. Mick is a member of MaCAPA and part of their Tech and Spec Committee. He is also on the board of the local CSI (Construction Specification Institute) chapter. Away from work, he is an avid golfer, a Bruins fan, and enjoys spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod.
